The Federal Trade Commission is issuing refunds to nearly 150,000 customers for a total of roughly $2.4 million. In 2022, the federal agency claimed Fashion Nova blocked negative reviews.

In its 2022 complaint, the agency said that from late 2015 until November 2019, Fashion Nova used an outside company to process reviews from customers.

The e-tailer, which released collabs with Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion, faces a $4.2 million fine for concealing unfavorable reviews.
