Windows has a fine set of default aero cursor set or mouse pointers. But if you feel like a change and would like to replace them with a customized set, you can change cursors easily in Windows 11/10.
Run back through xf86config and try option 4 (PS/2 mouse) or the generic MS mouse options. I find that those two cover just about any PS/2 mouse I've ever thrown at them.
