Amazon Prime Video is dropping new flicks on its platform this January, and we're here to list the best of bunch. It's a new year, which means Prime Video has a fresh slate of films for folks to enjoy.

Now, Beast Games has finally been dethroned for the first time since launch by a new Amazon Original Series, On Call, a police drama that dropped all its episodes at once in a binge model just a few days ago, something of a rarity for Amazon. Here’s the synopsis:

There were many high-profile shows in 2024, like Shōgun, Silo, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, and Landman. But there were also under-the-radar shows that didn’t quite get the recognition they deserved. These shows were all fantastic, featuring A-list actors and engaging stories, but they were lost among many others that got more attention.
