The Tampa Bay Lightning put the finishing touches on a quick two-game homestand by defeating the Boston Bruins 4-1 at AMALIE Arena on Thursday. A shorthanded goal by Anthony Cirelli opened the scoring with 5:53 left in the second period, and forward Mikey Eyssimont doubled Tampa Bay’s lead in the final minute of the middle frame.

Anthony Cirelli and Michael Eyssimont scored second-period goals as the host Tampa Bay Lightning beat Boston 4-1 on Thursday to extend the Bruins' season-worst losing streak to six games.

During the final seconds of the third period, Bruins forward Mark Kastelic and Lightning defenseman Emil Lilleberg had a big fight. Kastelic went to throw a hit on Lilleberg after the Lightning defenseman passed the puck and was met with a cross-check to the face.
