On August 18, a high-level special TV forum, Afghanistan in Transition, was co-produced by China Global Television Network (CGTN) and Shamshad TV, major media networks from China and Afghanistan respectively, in an effort to focus on #Afghanistan's post-war recovery efforts and challenges.
