LOOK! Personnel of the City of Mati PNP and Provincial Explosives Ordnance Disposal conducted a simulation exercise Friday, Nov. 19, infront of the Developmment Bank of the Philippines. The simex bomb drill scenario is that an unattended bag was found outside the bank. Upon inspection by the explosive detection dogs (EDD) it was found positive of bomb materials.
