The ol' timers worked hard with vintage 2WD trucks that wen't comfortable.. but they were reliable - both the trucks and the ol' timers. This is a hand-painted radio control hobby electric truck kit I built several years ago, and had a great time filming in the back woods of Alberta Canada.
